This website is operated in connection with the restaurant «Al Tramonto - Tenda Rossa».

2. Data processed and purposes

Personal data (name, surname, phone number, email address) is collected exclusively when the user submits a table booking request or a job application through the forms on this website.

Processing purposes:

• Table booking management
• Responding to information requests
• Evaluating job applications

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data recipients and processors

To provide its services, the Controller relies on suppliers that process data on its behalf, appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

• Plathea — reservation and job-application management platform, acting on behalf of the Controller (data processor).
• Supabase Inc. — database and application hosting services underpinning the platform (sub-processor).
• Website hosting provider, for publishing the pages.

Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the collection purposes and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless required by law.

You may exercise the rights provided for by arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) at any time by writing to:
